Warm towels from the dryer on my face.
The scent of freshly turned dirt in the fields.
The scent of corn from the grain auger.
Hanging my feet out of the bed to free my toes.
The cicada's song.
The first swipe in a new jar of peanut butter.
Raw cookie dough.
This was a simple one, but it makes me smile. I am sure there are many more things that make me smile.
Today I am grateful for the weird little things that make my heart happy.
