Scheduling family time is always our favorite activity. They are my Mother's Day! They make my heart sing more than they know. Love, laughter, and so much conversation always leaves me longing for "the next time" before we are done. They make it easy.
I always feel loved and spoiled on Mother's Day, but the best part is simply being together. They are my heartbeat.
It is always fun to hear them reminiscing about childhood memories. It fills our hearts to overflowing. Time goes so fast.
"Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him." -Psalm 127:3
Indeed, they are! They are the first true glimpse into how much God loves us. Deeply and forever.
Today, I am grateful for family time.
