"I hope you find joy in even the smallest things today."
It is a lovely thought to start the day and a bit of a challenge, too. Look deeper, harder, and with more intention and you will see beauty all around.
The beautiful design on butterflies wings or the intricate combination of translucent dragonfly wings are both unique and beautiful.
A late summer or fall bloom that is perfectly formed is another reason to take delight. Or, perhaps, celebrate the tattered surviving bloom after a storm.
If your car starts and the gas tank is nearly full, choose joy in the blessing. Celebrate the "enough" and your joy increases.
"pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit. -1 Thessalonians 5:17-19
Let His Spirit fill you with joy in the ordinary and the extraordinary.
Today, I am grateful for joy found in the smallest things.
