Summer Delights

Daily Gratitude Year 13 - Day 153: Today, I am grateful for summer delights.

On this beautiful Monday morning, this Irish Blessing came my way.

"May flowers always line your path and sunshine light  your day. May songbirds serenade you every step along the way."

That is a lovely thought to start the week! The longest day of the year is swiftly approaching as we have turned the calendar to June. Flowers are popping up and filling out in pots. Warmer days and cooler evenings give us many reasons to head outside.

This verse was celebrates the beauty of nature:

"The flowers are springing up, the season of singing birds has come, and the cooing of turtle doves fills the air." -Song of Solomon 2:12

Savor the sun and the scents.

Today, I am grateful for summer delights.
