Daily Gratitude Year 13 - Day 137: Today, I am grateful mistakes do not define us.

We all make mistakes. We hope they are not big ones. When it happens, we must remember that it is what we do after the mistake that defines us. Do we play the blame game? Or, do we look for the life lesson and teachable moment.
"Indeed, we all make many mistakes. For if we could control our tongues, we would be perfect and could also control ourselves in every other way." -James 3:2
Our tongues are hard to control. Is it kind? Is it true? Is it necessary? These are good questions to ask before "sharing." At times, staying quiet is the best response. It can take time to think things all the way through.
