Daily Gratitude Year Eleven- Day 31: Today, I am grateful we can make our own sunshine.
It is bitter cold, but the sun has not been completely absent. The wind has been calm, too. You have to count the blessings along the way.
Back in 2019 we did a "Make Your Own Sunshine" February. By February, we are all missing the sun. This image is of a gratitude journal page. There are 28 rays... one for each day of the month. Consider your own gratitude journal. The item can be limited to the length of the rays on the sun. I think I will do it again. I need to be creative.
“Arise, Jerusalem! Let your light shine for all to see. For the glory of the Lord rises to shine on you. Darkness as black as night covers all the nations of the earth, but the glory of the Lord rises and appears over you. All nations will come to your light; mighty kings will come to see your radiance." -Isaiah 60:1-3
Be intentional this February. Look for the sun where you can find it. If you can't find it, create your own sun. Bath in the Son-light of His grace and mercy!
Today, I am grateful we can make our own sunshine.
