Daily Gratitude Year Eleven- Day 86: Today, I am grateful we can pour out our hearts.
Sometimes our hearts are broken. It can happen fast and unexpectant. Today, there are so many broken hearts around us. The weight of it is nearly tangible.
Some lost to tragic accidents, some from disease, and in Nashville, TN... another school shooting. Sometimes, there are no words.
"My help and glory are in God —granite-strength and safe-harbor-God— So trust him absolutely, people; lay your lives on the line for him. God is a safe place to be." -Psalm 62:7
It is one of those seasons when we cling to the reminder that the Holy Spirit intercedes when we have no idea what to say... no idea what to pray.
Let the tears flow when they need to flow. Our God is a granite-strength and safe-harbor God.
Today, I am grateful we can pour out our hearts.
