Christmas Movies

Year 5-Day 343: Today...I am grateful for Christmas Movies.

As I type this post, "It's A Wonderful Life" is playing in the other room. I never tire of George Bailey and Clarence. Such a sweet lesson about love, friendship, community, struggle and hope.

Another favorite is "A Charlie Brown Christmas" which aired on this December 9th for the first time in 1965. Charles Schulz lovable cast of character bring the wonder of the Christmas story to life.

Families coming together with popcorn, cocoa and the lights of the Christmas tree glowing. It sets the stage for a variety of favorite Christmas movies that stretch across the decades. And, of course, the new Hallmark movies.

So many family traditions include Christmas movies. Do you have any?

Randy loves "A Christmas Story". It still makes him laugh after all of these years. "Miracle on 34th Street" is one of my favorites.

Just a simple gratitude today.
