Words That Bring Hope

Daily Gratitude Year Eleven-Day 213- Today, I am grateful for words that bring hope.

The St. Jude Run is just around the corner. For those who have battled any major health crisis, there is nothing that can compare to words that bring hope. When things seem dark, a little hope lights the darkness and calms the fears.

Nature is full of miracles and wonders. I think it is why so many feel true Spiritual connections when they are  at a beach, in the woods, or farming the land. This passage is a reminder that words can bring hope, especially,  His word.

"You are my refuge and my shield; your word is my source of hope." -Psalm 119:114

The sea turtle in this image will lay eggs on land. Then, when the time is right, the eggs will hatch and the babies will make their way to the sea. It always seem like a miracle to me. I love to see humans cheering them on.

The Bible really is my favorite book of hope. It is definitely worth taking time to read.

Today, I am grateful for words that bring hope.
