Gratitude Year 12- Day 180: Today, I am grateful for lemonade.
Few things declare summer like lemonade. I have been craving it lately. It is so refreshing. When festivals come around, lemonade shake-ups are always popular.
Lemonade quenches the thirst. Offering a glass is an act of hospitality. This passage reminds us that we are called to service. Hospitality to others is a ways we an show God our gratitude for his graciousness towards us.
"For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home." -Matthew 25:35
Today, I am grateful for lemonade.
