Electric bills are not funny. There are times that laughter helps us cope. Many are experiencing high electric bills after weeks of high temperatures, with only small breaks.
Utility bills are one of those things that can quickly impact budgets. Humor does not make it go away, but it reminds us that many are in the same boat.
