We live in the Pumpkin Capital of the world and the harvest is in full swing. I love pumpkins! As August turns the page into November, we are only a few weeks from the Morton Pumpkin Festival which provides many pumpkin specialties.
The hot days are not gone, but they are limited. The crisp temperatures and unique scents of fall begin to fill the air. All with the soundtrack of marching band practice and Friday night football.
“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” -Ecclesiastes 3:1
Today, I am grateful Pumpkin Season is upon us.
