Forever Is Composed of Nows

Year 8-Day 53: Today, I am grateful forever is composed of "nows".

We had the joy of celebrating a new marriage today. Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Wesley Crandall. Taylor made a beautiful bride and Wesley's love for her was tangible. A wedding is a fun way to start a marriage.

Do we take the time to embrace the "now"? It is so easy to focus on the future and things to come, but the truth is... right now is today's gift. How will we spend it?

"Forever is composed of nows." -Emily Dickinson

That is a great line. How will we spend the now that is this day? To live each day to the fullest is a beautiful way to honor the Father.

“So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today."-Matthew 6:34

Yes, it really is a waste of this day to obsess about the future. We can step into this day with an open heart and an open mind.

Today, I am grateful forever is composed of "nows".
