There is something about the wonder of the skies that leaves me breathless. We look to the stars and the moon knowing they hang precisely in place. There is an order that only a mighty God could design and put in place.
"And when you look up into the sky and see the sun, moon, and stars—all the forces of heaven—don’t be seduced into worshiping them. The Lord your God gave them to all the peoples of the earth.-Deuteronomy 4:19
God gave the sun, moon and stars to us to enjoy. Men and women have lost hours looking into the skies. They've used the stars to help them find their way across the oceans and back again. We can easily become so distracted by the creation that we forget to honor The Creator.
In the beauty of the creation, we see The Creator reflected.
Today, I am grateful for the hand that placed the stars and planets.
