Daily Gratitude Year 7-Day 277: Today, I am grateful for things that are right and just.This world seems to be growing ever more "gray" with each passing year.
There are times we choose to do the right thing simply because it is the right thing to do. God designed within us a sense of justice. Life isn't always fair, but we can do our best to pursue the things that are right and just in God's eyes.
"To do what is right and just is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice. -Proverbs 21:3
When we care for widows, the elderly, the children... especially orphans... we are gifting God at the same time. Our lives become offerings when we lay them down in service, lifting up the spirits and answering the needs of those around us.
Today, I am grateful for things that are right and just.
