Year 6-Day 288: Today, I am grateful for orange.
Red and yellow make orange. Coral is one of my favorite colors and it is in the shades made with orange and red. A true, bright orange shouts "It's fall!"
The fruit we know as oranges show up in our marketplaces through the winter. They are a kiss of summer when the days turn cold. They spice up holiday beverages.
Not everyone likes to wear orange, but I do. It is sassy and fun. I loved this orange outfit pictured on Pinterest.
Orange, in a sunrise or a sunset, always adds to the magnificence of the moment. Take a picture, it won't last long. An big orange moon, we call a harvest moon is equally mesmerizing. The colors are brilliant.
As the light approaches, the earth takes shape like clay pressed beneath a seal; it is robed in brilliant colors.-Job 38:14
Take a minute to savor the amazing oranges all around this time of year. The pumpkins and squash along with the leaves on the trees provide us with many opportunities to enjoy a full spectrum of oranges.
Keeping it short today.
Today, I am grateful for orange.
