The scriptures are full of this truth. We have to read them. We have a God who longs to satisfy our souls, we have to let him fill us up.
Our God is our strength. He is our mighty fortress when we need shelter. In Him, there is a peace and satisfaction like nothing the world can give.
"Nothing teaches us about the preciousness of the Creator as much as when we learn the emptiness of everything else." -Charles Spurgeon
All we have to do is pause, pray and ponder. He is always present. His faithfulness is precious.
“He is the God who made the world and everything in it. Since he is Lord of heaven and earth, he doesn’t live in man-made temples," -Acts 17:24
He doesn't seek out the man-made temples. He longs for us to make room in our hearts.
Is there anything more precious?
Today, I am grateful for the preciousness of the Creator.
